Upon successful complition in 2012, Easycs in collaboration with University Putra Malaysia (UPM), organized the same training project ("Strengthening Government through Capacity Development (SGCD) for the BCS Cadre Officials of Bangladesh" for the Ministry of Public Administration, Bangladesh) with another 6 batches in 2013. Similar to the batches in 2012 there were 25 to 31 participnats in each group. The groups with 25 participants were consisted of Joint Secretary (JS) and equivalent officials, where is the groups with 31 participants were consisted of Deputy Secretary (DS) and equivalent officers. The duration of the course for JS and equivalent officials were for two weeks, and for DS and equivalent were four weeks.
The program was consisted of classroom lecture sessions, relevant field trips, and socio-cultural visits. For field trips participants have been taken to relevant Government departments, organizations, financial institutions, and non-government or semi-government organizations.
"Strengthening Government through Capacity Development (SGCD) for the BCS Cadre Officials of Bangladesh" is a special training program designed for the senior and the mid-level officers of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Currently the program offers the following topics for the senior and the mid-level officers with a duration of two weeks and four weeks respectively:
