Apart from the list of our regular training programs we can also design and deliver a complete new or partially tailored training program for our clients to suit their specific training needs. The process may involve getting from the clients or creating ourselves a new course title together with course objective and outcomes of the program. Once a client is happy with the course title and objective of the program we design the course outline and develope the course materials for conducting the program.
We also conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to help our clients to identify the best training program for their employees based on the nature of their business and organizational goals.
