We organize training programs, study tours or exposure visits for our local and foreign participants outside of their own country of residence in collaboration with our foreign partners. Foreign training programs are often a combination of class-room lectures, field visits, sight-seeing, and visit to contemporary social and cultural events. The purpose of the training may varies group to group depending on the participants's professional engagements. In general, oversease training program helps participants to experience different people, environment, culture, technology, and so on from where participants are able to judge their own standpoints.
Though benefit of such training rely a great deal on each individual in terms of his or her observation capability, but our experienced lecturers and facilitors use the technique of knowledge and experience sharing approach to understand each other so that the maximum effectiveness of the training program can be achieved.
